Il B&B offre sistemazione in quattro camere servite da due bagni, uno con vasca e l'altro con doccia, entrambi utilizzabili 24 ore su 24!
Le stanze possono essere doppie, triple o quadruple, e sono molto accoglienti e luminose.
Ognuna è dotata di TV, ventilatore e riscaldamento, tavolo, comodino, armadio e collegamento internet wi-fi gratuito!
Bed & Breakfast Candia offre una colazione all'italiana preparata con pane, burro, marmellata, latte, caffè, succhi di frutta.
A tutti i nostri ospiti vengono consegnate le chiavi di casa e della propria camera, quindi non esistono problemi di orario per i rientri!

Bed & Breakfast Candia is partly overlooking the St Peter's Dome! Warm welcome, outstanding facilities, excellent location and reasonable prices!!
This B&B is the perfect place to spend your unforgettable holiday in Rome, either enjoying the Eternal City' s monuments and attractions, or relaxing after hard work.
It offers accommodation in four rooms and served by two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower.
Its rooms can be double, triple or quadruple, and each they are very pleasant and bright.
All rooms are endowed with TV, fan and heating, table, closet and free wi-fi connection!
At Bed & Breakfast Candia you'll enjoy the typical Italian Breakfast consisting of bread, butter, jam, milk, coffee, and fruit juices.
The keys of house and of own room are delivered to all of our guests, therefore problems of schedule don't exist for the reentries.

Ci troviamo a 200m reali dalla stazione metro di "Ottaviano - San Pietro", ed a 200m dalla basilica di S.Pietro e dal Vaticano con i suoi musei, al 4° piano di un palazzo d'epoca dotato di ascensore in un appartamento appena ristrutturato con rifiniture di preggio.
L'appartamento misura 65m2 ed è composto da un soggiorno con angolo cottura a scomparsa, due camere e bagno, per un totale
di 7 posti letto (una camera tripla + una doppia + un letto divano ortopedico nel soggiorno).
Naturalmente tutti gli impianti sono a norma, il riscaldamento è autonomo ed è consentito su richiesta l'uso dell'aria condizionata.
Compresi nel prezzo sono :
Tasse - colazione - lenzuola, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, saponi (shampoo, bagno schiuma) - internet wireles -uso cucina ..... e tanta simpatia...
A tutti i nostri ospiti vengono consegnate le chiavi di casa e della propria camera, quindi non esistono problemi di orario per i rientri...!!!

We find us to 200m real from the station meter of "Ottaviano - St. Pietro", and to 200m from the basilica of S.Pietro and from the Vatican with his museums, to the 4° floor of a building of epoch endowed with elevator in an apartment just restructured with finishing touch of luxury.
The apartment measures 65m2 and is composed from a stay with angle cooking in disappearance, two rooms and bathroom, for a total of 7 places bed (a triple room + one double + a bed orthopedic couch in the stay).
Naturally all the fittings are to norm, the heating is autonomous and the use of the conditioned air is allowed.
Included in price :
Taxes, breakfast, sheets, towels, hair dryer, soaps (shampoo, bath foam), internet wireless, and use refrigerator and oven microwaves!!!
The keys of house and of own room are delivered to all of our guests, therefore problems of schedule don't exist for the reentries...!!!

Dalla Stazione Termini prendere la Metropolitana Linea A direzione "Battistini" e scendere alla fermata "OTTAVIANO-S.Pietro".
Uscendo dalla Metro vi troverete su "Viale Giulio Cesare" che dopo il primo semaforo diventerà "via Candia".
Siamo al numero 121 !
Dall'aeroporto di Fiumicino prendere il treno diretto per Roma Termini,ce n' è uno ogni mezz'ora ed il biglietto costa 11€.
Dalla Stazione Termini seguire le indicazioni come sopra.
Dall'aeroporto di Ciampino prendere la navetta fino alla stazione della metropolitana di Anagnina, prendere la metro fino alla stazione "OTTAVIANO-S.Pietro" ,
Uscendo dalla Metro vi troverete su "Viale Giulio Cesare" che dopo il primo semaforo diventerà "via Candia".
Siamo al numero 121 !

Per chi arriva in auto da Nord
Dall' “Autostrada A1” uscire a ROMA NORD. Dopo il casello prendere l'uscita "Settebagni". Sarete su “Via SALARIA”: prendere la direzione ROMA CENTRO. Dopo circa 15 Km troverete un grande svincolo con un cartello stradale sulla destra "S.PIETRO - FORO ITALICO". Seguire quell'indicazione sulla destra. Andare sempre diritto e passerete 2 tunnel. Dopo il secondo troverete un semaforo. Andate avanti. Vedrete sulla vostra sinistra lo Stadio Olimpico. Subito dopo lo stadio tenete la parte destra della carreggiata (MOLTO IMPORTANTE) . Dopo poco arriverete a Piazzale degli Eroi, proseguite diritto per Via Candia fino al numero 121 !

Per chi arriva in auto da Sud
Dall'autostrada A1 uscite a Roma Est in direzione Roma Centro, e dopo il casello proseguite sempre diritti fino ad incontrare la Tangenziale, girate a destra in direzione San Pietro Foro Italico. Andate diritti, per circa 10 chilometri, passerete 2 tunnel e fiancheggerete sulla sinistra lo Stadio Olimpico. Subito dopo lo stadio tenete la parte destra della carreggiata (MOLTO IMPORTANTE) . Dopo poco metri arriverete a Piazzale degli Eroi, proseguite diritto per Via Candia fino al numero 121 !

From Fiumicino L. da Vinci International Airport take the direct train to Termini Central Station (30 minutes) From Termini Central station take the metro line A - direction "BATTISTINI" - and get off at Ottaviano - S. Pietro Stop m(10 minutes). Gone out of the subway you will find you on "viale Giulio Cesare" that after the first semaphore it will become "via Candia."

By Car
(from North - Florence, Siena, Milano, Venezia etc.)
To reach QuodB&B from north take the "Autostrada A1" . You have to get off from it at ROMA NORD. Pay at the pay toll and after get out ON THE RIGHT FOLLOWING "Grande raccordo Anulare" direction "Via Flaminia" take the direction ROMA CENTRO "S.PIETRO - FORO ITALICO". Follow that sign on the right. Go that direction and pass through 2 tunnels.After the second one there is a traffic light. Go straight. You'll see on your left the Olimpic Stadium. From here to pick up bypass "Circonvallazione Clodia" up to "Piazzale degli Eroi" square and turning to the right you will be on "via Candia"..let's be to the number 121
